Chunk Terrain
RustEdit PlusThe Chunk Terrain panel picks which maps a terrain chunk puts onto the terrain, and bakes the chunk's ground into the map. It shows under the Terrain Chunk panel when you select a terrain chunk.
- The panel has one switch for each map the chunk has: Apply Height, Apply Splat, and Apply Biome when the chunk has its own biome. Turn a switch off to leave that map alone.
- Bake writes the chunk's ground into the map's own terrain and turns the switches off. After a bake, moving or deleting the chunk does not change the ground. Ctrl+Z takes a bake back. See Bake.
note
The table below lists every switch that this kind of panel has. A terrain chunk never shows Apply Topology or Apply Alpha.
For more, see The Chunk Terrain panel.
Can edit several selected objects at once. This panel is only shown in some cases.
