Power Counter
The Power Counter panel sets up a counter, an IO entity with a small screen. It shows when you select one or more counters.
In Counter mode, the counter counts pulses of power. A pulse on its second input adds one, a pulse on its third input takes one away, and a pulse on its fourth input sets the count back to 0. The count goes from 0 to 999. Once the count reaches Target Counter, the counter passes the power of its first input on. The game lets players set a target from 1 to 999.
In Passthrough mode, the counter does not count. It always passes its power on, and its screen shows how much power passes through.
Wire the counter in the IO Entity panel, see IO wiring.
Can edit several selected objects at once.

In Play mode
In Play mode, the screen is on while the counter has power. It shows the count, or in Passthrough mode the power that passes through. When you stop, the count and the screen go back to how the map has them.
